Energycalibration of the 750m Infill Array (PAO)

The 750m Infill array is an extension of the Pierre Auger Observatory (PAO) Surface Detector (SD) Array. The increased SD density reduces the threshold for full trigger efficency and therefore allows us to measure cosmic rays with lower energy. This is important for comparability of the Auger results with other experiments. In addition the Infill data can be used to increase the understanding of some physics, because it provides additional information about a specific event. Finally we will look into some details that were affected by the new geometry of the Infill array. The most noticable may be that the usual "Signal at 1000m from core" (S1000) is not useful anymore and has to be changed. This switch to S450 affects many aspects of reconstruction. In addition the trigger efficency and energy calibration will be discussed briefly.
